At wineVEIL by Mio Amato, we’re just as giddy to send your treasures as you are to receive them… I can picture you doing a happy mailbox dance when your little package arrives! But there’s a sweet reason we choose USPS~and it’s not just convenience.

We love that USPS follows regular routes~no special trips, no extra emissions, just your wineVEILs catching a ride with your usual mail. It’s like carpooling for packages. USPS helps us get your order to you in a gentler, greener way.

It’s a quiet kind of charm~and a little extra love for Mother Earth… doing good for the planet along the way. 💌🍃

wineVEIL by Mio Amato ships VEILs & merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, with a friendly smile. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (buisiness days do not inclued holidays or weekends because we love to enjoy our time with family & friends on gorgeous vineyards). Please allow 7-10 business days for our creative teams to prepare special orders. Orders placed in the USA are typically delivered within 3-4 business days upon receipt of the package being dropped off at United States Postal Service (USPS).

From time to time the USPS may experience shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control… “I would love to say it isn’t so”, but sometimes things happen. Once a package is in pocession of USPS, via tracking, we will be happy to assist you, but also suggest contacting them directly for more detailed information. All orders are sent directly from our facilities in Chicagoland. We are always happy to assist you with any order questions you might have & we pride ourselves with exceptional customer service. Additionally, delivery times are subject to possible delays during holidays, launches, restocks and limited edition promotions.
