Why Do We Use USPS… the Everyday Mail Carrier?

At wineVEIL®, we’re just as giddy to send your treasures as you are to receive them… I can picture you doing a happy mailbox dance when your little package arrives! But there’s a sweet reason we choose USPS — and it’s not just convenience.

We love that USPS follows regular routes — no special trips, no extra emissions — just your wineVEILs® catching a ride with your usual mail. It’s like carpooling for packages. USPS helps us deliver your order in a gentler, greener way.

It’s a quiet kind of charm… and a little extra love for Mother Earth. 💌🍃

wineVEIL® ships veils and merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands — all with a friendly smile.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays — we cherish time with family and friends, often gathered around the table, sometimes on gorgeous vineyards!). Please allow 5–7 business days for our creative team to prepare special or custom orders.

Once your package has been received by USPS, delivery within the U.S. is typically 3–4 business days.

From time to time, USPS may experience shipping delays that are unfortunately beyond our control… I would love to say it isn’t so, but sometimes life happens. Once a package is in the possession of USPS (as confirmed by tracking), we are always happy to assist you and gently suggest contacting USPS directly for the most detailed updates.

All orders ship from our Chicagoland studio — where espresso is strong and ribbons are tied with care.

As a small, family-run business (with a touch of Italian mama energy in our studio), we aren’t able to accept traditional returns at this time. Each wineVEIL® is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged, and we pour so much love into every parcel that leaves our hands.

If something isn’t quite right, you have nothing to worry about. Simply email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a little note about what’s going on and we’ll personally work with you to find a beautiful solution.
