Shipping

At this time, wineVEIL ships VEILs & merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, with a friendly smile. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (buisiness days do not inclued holidays or weekends because we love to enjoy our time with family & friends on gorgeous vineyards). Please allow 7-10 business days for our creative teams to prepare special orders. Orders placed in the USA are delivered within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the package being dropped off at United States Postal Service (USPS). International and Custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.

From time to time the USPS may experience shipping delays that are unfortunately out of our control… “I would love to say it isn’t so”, but sometimes things happen. Once a package is in pocession of USPS, via tracking, we will be happy to assist you, but also suggest contacting them directly for more detailed information. All orders are sent directly from our facilities in the beautiful state of Colorado & tracking numbers will be provided upon request. We are always happy to assist you with any order questions you might have & we pride ourselves with exceptional customer service. Additionally, delivery times are subject to possible delays during holidays, launches, restocks and limited edition promotions. At wineVEIL we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and protecting the environment. As part of this committment, we would like to inform our valued customers that we will only be shipping orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). By using USPS, we are able to take advantage of their extensive network, which already reaches most homes in the country. This helps to reduce the amount of fuel & resources needed for shipping, which in turn helps to protect the environment. Cheers to that!!

At this time we are offering Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 to United States addresses. This is subject to change.
